Test 140 is the older version of XML Certification from IBM. It will be withdrawn/retired effective Jan 31 2002 and will be replaced by Test 141. If you considering taking IBM XML Certification go for Test 141, since it covers more latest topics including WebServices, and Schema, XSLT and more.
