what value is XML without knowing proper tool & IDE

Did any body get job just for doing XML,
don't u think XML alone has no value.
u should know XML with Java or VB or C#....
While working on real life project.
My real question is
WILL THIS CERTIFICATE HELP ME IN ANY WAY? or
Are there any other XML based product certificates
like Oracle has XML tool , Websphere latest version has XML tool....

The XML certification is based on the technology, not on a specific product or implementation. If you know the concepts, you should be able to work with the technology no matter who implements it or how it is done.
