XML Guru's - Please help!

I would greatly appreciate if someone could provide answers to the following XML related questions. Thanks in advance.
1. Can we use XLink to connect non-XML resources?
2. Which of the following is provided by
XMLSignature - Signer Authentication, Receiver
Authentication, Message Authentication,
Integrity?
3. Stylesheet A imports B,C.
Stylesheet B imports D.
Stylesheet C imports E.
If they all contain the same information,what
is the precedence order?

Yes

No Idea

Stylesheet B imports D.
Stylesheet C imports E.
If they all contain the same information,what
is the precedence order?
This is what i know.
If the importing stylesheet and the imported one have common templates, the base document (which imports) overrides the imported one.
So
B will override D.
C will override E
A will override B and C
Please correct me if i'm wrong

For Question # 3, I guess it works exactly the other way!
ex. E C D B A

Also for Question # 2, I vaguely remember in one of the mock tests (which one???) for a similar question the correct answer was "the Authentication of the message cannot be guranteed".

yeah if the order of precedence is lowest first.
I gave the answer assuming order of precedence is highest first.
But the w3.org says
D, B, E, C, A.
