startPrefixMapping and endPrefixMapping are the two SAX callbacks dealing with the namespace. As obvious, it is invoked when the parser reaches the start and end of the prefix mapping. Prefix mapping is an element that uses "xmlns" attribute to declare a namespace. The parameters for the methods are the namespace prefix and the uri associated with the namespace prefix. startPrefixMapping indicates the beginning of an XML namespace prefix mapping and endPrefixMapping indicates the end of the namespace mapping.
