First of all, i should mention that i've not yet taken the test To the best of my knowledge, the real exam will be tougher(how much tougher ?? No idea) than the sample IBM tests. The sample tests gives us an idea as to how the questions are framed (scenario exhibits, multiple choices with radio buttons, check boxes), weightage for different topics (we also get an assessment as to how we fared in each individual section)etc. and we can get an idea on our time management. People who already took this test should be able to give you a complete answer.
Hi, I had taken the test recently but was unsuccessful. My test was made up of 55 questions and a pass mark of 58%. There was nothing really surprising in terms of the objectives but the questions themselves were tricky because they were very vague...and so were the answers. Many of the questions were like which of the following would be the BEST or MOST/LEAST correct and you have to break them down to figure out which is the MOST Correct or LEAST correct for example. That is what I had trouble with. Your best bet is to Study and practice as much as you can and also to read the 141 Test Objectives and the W3 Recomendations on the different technologies like XSLT, DOM SAX etc... The IBM ICE Test is definetly the best mock exam out there! Personally I had found the test hard but I also feel I was not entirely prepared for it. Some other people say it wasn't really hard but they were well prepared for it. I am still studying too so good luck in your studies and I will probably see you around the ranch!
From all these scores you can see how hard it is. Most of people who got passed have a little bit over 65%, lots of them failed the first time. The more I prepare it, the more I feel I need to put more time into it. This is such a huge topic, you will never fully understand it even you luckily passed it with 65%. Better be well-prepared!

I agree with Jim! I spent too much time on some topics and not enough on others...there is just so much. It's not really hard to program in XML, its just so much to remember all at once.
Are you okay? You look a little big. Maybe this tiny ad will help:
