I took 141 and 486 on Mon Nov 18 23:04:52 EST 2002 and Mon Nov 18 23:43:05 EST 2002 respectively. I got the free voucher confirmation for 157 which I took only this morning Tue Nov 19 07:19:55 EST 2002.
Does this mean there are no more free vouchers for 141 and 486 exams?

Not gettting the voucher immediately does not mean that the vouchers reached the limit. It could mean also mean that the vouchers are not mailed yet.
After all IBM did not guarantee the delivery of vouchers immediately on completion of the test. If you qualified and did not get the voucher in 4 businessdays, there might be a problem.
I am sorry to say, the title of your post is quite misleading. It might discourage anyone from taking these tests, even if the vouchers are available.

I took the 486 test last around 11pm EST, and received my voucher at 3pm today. So I would say that you have a good shot at getting a voucher.

There is no pattern how they send the voucher. Yesterday I received 157, 141 3 hours after the test. Recently I received voucher for 486 which I have made at:
Mon Nov 18 17:49:00 EST 2002

You're right! I finally got all the exam (486, 141, 157) vouchers now. No need to panic for those who took the exam before the 20th. There is definitely no order in which they send the vouchers.
Question: Is it possible that the last three numbers of the voucher, represent the last number of the voucher IBM has sent? For example, the last three numbers of my vouchers end with 763, could I be the 763rd holder of the voucher?

Meditated about this very important question too.
The fact that both my xml and my wsad-numbers are 49xxx numbers convinced me that this is not the case. But numbers seems to be consecutive. At least my vouchers.
Well. At least everybody seems to be a happy voucher-owner . A collegue has passed 141-test 3 hours ago. Will se if he still gets phreaky voucher.
good luck for your tests, Jose. We are going to take the same . 4 month aren't that much time.
Great learning experience to anybody. Hope there will be some good discussions in the forums.
