For how long the voucher valid ? how about the payment (can we pay after VUE/Prometric validate the voucer ?), is the voucher can be used anywhere ?

I just called IBM, they told me voucher is not transferable!?

[email protected] says he still has the vouchers. and i contacted prometric they say the voucher is completely treansferable if it is valid. catch : the voucher expires june 30th
