This is from IBM site: http://www-1.ibm.com/certify/news/20030718a.shtml
Announcement: Change in certification role name of XML developer
July 25, 2003
Please be advised that effective today, the name of the following certification role name has changed
from: IBM Certified Developer - XML and Related Technologies
to: IBM Certified Solution Developer - XML and Related Technologies
The requirement to achieve the certification certificate remain the same. Candidates still need to pass one test, namely Test 141, XML and Related Technologies.
