Does the following mixed declaration give an error
Element p is declared twice.
<!ELEMENT p (#PCDATA|a|ul|b|i|em)*>
<!ELEMENT p (#PCDATA | %font; | %phrase; | %special; | %form * >
<!ELEMENT b (#PCDATA)>

Hi Harsha,

you can't declare an element twice in a DTD. You'll get an error message in this case.
The best way to be sure of this is to test by yourself...
