Problems with WhizLabs

I purchased the WhizLabs XML exam simulator back in April. Due to several work-events, I had to postpone studying until recently. The program was registered, licensed and ran fine, but now when I try it 5 months later it acts as if it's never been registered. Now I'm stuck with a fixed exam date and a non-functional product.
I've emailed WhizLabs, but the last message I got said they were forwarding it on to their dev team and would reply back... but they haven't. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Set your Computer name to as original for that you have registered the Software, as if you have reinstalled the Windows ( 98/XP) for some reason & set the Computer name to another, then the Whizlab Software will generate another “installation key” & behave like same as you described.
While ReInstallation of the Windows(98/XP) the Computer “Registered to” should be the same as the Software Registered name , Suppose Computer is registered to “John” & while ReInstalltion you set the computer name to “Lilly” or etc then the Whizlabs Software will generate another “installation key” other than the originally supplied to you.
Or if you have LAN Card Installed then, for WIndows 98
Control Panel > Network > Identification > Computer Name
Provide ( “john” the name to whom the software is registered,
if you change the Computer name it will generate another uneditable "installtion key".
if you probelms solves then please post a reply, thanks
Take care,
You are HERE! The other map is obviously wrong. Better confirm with this tiny ad:
