I am much relieved that I have cleared the exam. Architecture 80% Information Modeling 66% XML Processing 83% XML Rendering 100% Testing and Tuning 66% Information Modeling & Testing and Tuning pulled my score down. 3 exams in 3 months period. The free vouchers made exam schedule tighter. No work experience on XML. Practised XSLT & SAX Processing examples very well for the exam. Did not get much time to practice Schema & DTD. That's why I scored very low in Information Modeling. Study Material: Professional XML W3SCHOOLs.com XML Bible 2 - sample chapters Mock Exams: http://www.perfectxml.com/Quiz/XMLQuiz.ASP http://www.witscale.com/my_witscale.html http://www.elitecertify.com/demos/IBM/000-141.pdf http://globalitcert.com/demos/IBM_Demos/ http://www.expertrating.com/details.asp?examid=51&catid=2 http://sys-con.com/xml/article.cfm?id=634 Whizlabs I liked those Mock exams that comes with explanation especially sys-con.com. I will take little more time (atleast 2 months) for my next certification so that I understand the concept clearly/practice lots of code to score better. My thanks to Java Ranch(ers) for: Giving focus and directions and right approach to taking a certification Letting know about free vouchers/beta (its nice to get certification without spending money on it) For pointing to the Online resources (I did not buy a single book for XML as plenty of study materials are already available online). It is nice to find highly motivated people (sometimes tough to find in work atmosphere) who wanted to keep themselves up-to-date by improving their knowledge and experience I am keen on doing SCJD, SCEA, IBM-486. Which one should I go for next? Does SCEA & IBM-486 cover the same topics? Suggestions Please.
