I've just finished reading XLink: Who Cares?, and I'm wondering how relevant XLink is, and if its worth putting much time into studying it.

Am I likely to face many questions in the exam about it?

Thanks

yeah very true ..tehre was so much hype over it when it was introduced ..

Very few (almost none) browsers have support for it ..and tehre are not many tools also for XLink ..other than the few ones mentioned in the article ..(which was written in 2002 .. so No idea how many tolls still exist today !!)

But it is part of teh IBM xml exam and you have to know about it ..

There are not many questions from XLink (mabe 1 or 2) ..so u can skip it if you want to

Thanks Hari.

I have done a little study for it. Read a chapter in a book which I later found out was out of date (for instance, spoke of xlink:form attribute, which is actually xlink:type in the final recommendation).

One article I read (XML.com: Xlink Introduction) probably covers enough for the exam (note: I haven't sat the exam yet, so don't take my word for it!)

Maybe someone who has sat the exam could give their opinion on whether the article is comprehensive enough.
