xsl can't output CDATA section

Hello , I do have couple of question.

1 . "xsl can't output CDATA section". I saw this line in a book. Why it can't display?

2. can parameter entities reference another parameter entities.

I'm expecting the answer. Thank you.

In the <xsl:output> element, the cdata-section-elements attribute specifies a list of the names of elements whose text node children should be output using CDATA sections. So I think that statement is not very true. Perhaps you should ask the authors of the book what exactly they meant by that.
