Basic profile has the folloing requirement:

R1030 A RECEIVER that generates a SOAP Fault SHOULD notify the end user that a SOAP Fault has been generated when practical, by whatever means is deemed appropriate to the circumstance. [/QUOTE

What is end user here? receiver side or sender side?

Sender Side.
When a SOAP message is sent from Node A to B and B causes fault it(Node B) has to send the fault message to the immediate sender that is Node A.

But that's only for Rrequest/Response MEP right?
