Mikalai Zaikin,
I started preparing for the web services exam a month ago and now we have a new version. Hmmmm technology is changing at a faster pace than ocean tide !!

What are the major changes from 1.3 to 1.4?

Hi Santosh!

If I'm not mistaken, I think JWSDP 1.4 (and not 1.3) supports the current version of the exam.

So if you're studying for the soon to be released SCDJWS exam then JWSDP 1.4. would be perfect for you.

Happy studying!

Paul

Hi guys

As far as I understand JWSDP 1.3 is BP 1.0 compliant.
And JWSDP 1.4 is BP 1.1 compliant.
Since - SCDJWS to be released has BP 1.0 in objectives - JWSDP 1.3 should be used.
But on the other side JWSDP 1.3 has some old version of SAAJ API, as well no Digital Signaure, while 1.4 covers XML signature.

Cheers,
MZ
