1. how much this exam is difficult ?
currently, I am SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD ...
is it tougher more than the previous certs ??
2. the same question for IBM certified solution developer (XML)..

Not sure about IBM XML, but SCDJWS is definetely more difficult than SCJP, SCWCD, SCBCD.

The main reason - a lots of material to study. So, it should just take more time, but it is doable

Agree. This is the most difficult exam from SUN, except SCEA.

However, I guess IBM's exams are more difficult because you might not be familiar with the exam style, and the *objectives* are very breif.
