The software is still in incomplete status, you might need to wait for the full version.

However, you might contract Valentin to see whether there are any comments/help from him.

"Contact" will suffice, I guess

Kinu, Nicholas is right. Whizlabs would not be in a leader position if they were cheating on such a hectic market. Whizlabs people are polishing the exam simulator and you will get the full version as it gets released

I contacted whizlabs about this issue. They said that they seen no need to add additional questions and have no plans to do so.

I feel very cheated as I purchased the software due to the volume of questions.

This is very different from the information I have... I'll double check and I'll let you know ! There's no reason why they'd do that !

I am also feeling like cheated by Whizlabs, since I also purchased SCDJWS simulator few months ago and waiting for full version of SCDJWS simulator with all mock tests. I am very much disappointed by Whizlabs about their irresponsible nature.

I'll double check and I'll let you know ! There's no reason why they'd do that

Valentin,
can you please help us by letting us know. as soon as you hear the correct information about adding all mock tests to SCDJWS

I have informed Whizlabs representatives of your legitimate concerns and we'll wait for their answer. In any case, I'll follow up and bump this thread if necessary.

Dear Ranchers,

I am Pradeep, one of the co-founders of Whizlabs.

Firstly, I would like to extend my apologies for responding late to the community and letting the confusion and concerns pile up to this level.

As you know we started the development of the product with Valentine Crettaz as one of the authors. We launched first version of the same to match the current demand and simultaneously continued the development further aiming to add on to the next version in time, which was promised on our site till April 12, 2005.

But as we went on, some unforeseen circumstances cropped up and our second author was unable to complete the development of the product. We talked to few of our customers who had bought our product to gauge the demand so that we could take a decision for the development which got affected. On the basis of the responses we received from this sample set of buyers, and the prevailing collapse in our earlier plan of development, we halted it.

I know the reasons are intrinsic to our organization and I do take full responsibility for them and for any inconvenience that it may have caused to any of you.

Now, looking at the feedback we've received recently, we are very clear that the next version is required. We are trying to recuperate and would soon be able to cover up the track. We are in the final stages of our search for a new author to finish the almost ready product. I would request you all to trust our commitment of serving our customers the best possible way we can.

I know for those people who bought before we removed our claim of launching a next version it may not be feasible or desirable to wait any longer. For them we would like to offer a partial refund of 50% on the purchase amount or one free product from any of our J2EE exam simulators (i.e. certification simulators for Sun and IBM exams). To avail this or for any other feedback/query, please write to me at [email protected].

I look forward to your understanding and continued patronage.

Regards and best wishes,
Pradeep Chopra

Pradeep,

I have faced the same problem for my Weblogic 7.0 simulator. I got only 3 exams. Also I am not very happy the way Wizlabs responds after buying a product. If you have 3 exams specify it contains only 3 exams. It is not fair to do this.

Thanks Srini for your response but I am not clear about what you are saying. Since long time, our WebLogic simulator has 5 Mock Exams (3 Practice, 1 Diagnostic and 1 Final).

At the time of the launch, the first version had 3 Mock Exams and the next version launched had 5 exams. If you are saying that we delayed the launch of the next version, I accept that. But, we never stated that the product has 5 exams when it actually contains 3 exams.

To be very honest with you: we never intend to launch the product in two versions but its always on the request of people that we launch an interim version and sometimes (as in case of SCDJWS), we got to delay the launch of the next version due to some emergencices. At the same time, the first version we launch generally has 150-200 questions, which is the total number of questions offered by companies like Transcender. We are the ones who started offering very High number of questions (5-12 mock exams) across all of our products.

At the same time, we have to be responsible for the launch of the next version (with 5-6 mock exams), whenever we promise. Thus, in the previous mail, I am taking the responsibility for not meeting our promise.

As I am leading the Certification Preparation Group at Whizlabs, I will greatly appreciate the feedback/suggestions/comments any of you may have about our products and services. Please feel free to write to me at [email protected].

I hope this answers your question. You can write to me directly for any clarification or suggestions.

Regards and best wishes,
Pradeep Chopra
