Dear all,

I believe the current available certification for web services is 1.4, but as JAX-RPC is being replaced, is JAX-WS part of the exam or in a later version. Shall I go with 1.4 or wait for the next exam and any dates for next version.

Secondly where exactly shall I start my preparation.

RMH book or blue prints or...?

Thanks in advance

And how long will that be? The SCDJWS only became active in early 2004 I don't think they are in any hurry to replace it especially considering how painful the development process was.

We helped Sun in the early planning stages for their course and with the exam objectives - it was a nightmare! Planning that normally takes a couple of weeks, took almost 6 months.

The other, more "popular" certifications will be updated first due to Java EE 5.
