i want to interact 2 different java projects but in 1st project i dont have to use username and pasword to connect 2nd project database for that one i am planning to create a service in that service i will write business logic i want to use that service to interact 2nd project for providing high security to database of 2nd project is it possible with webservice plz help me

It looks like you posted the same question twice, just by the by, and probably in the wrong forum at that - you'd be better off looking in the Web Services forum for assistance for such things - this specific forum is more aimed towards those studying for the certification for Web Services.

However, with regards to your question - I'll admit that I don't clearly understand exactly what you're looking for. If I'm understanding you, you're looking to build two applications, one which will handle high-security access to a database, and the second which will handle some business function. Assuming that's correct, there is no reason that you could not build it in such a way (we're working on a similar app, having one database update another via web-service calls), though I'm not sure that it's essentially the best way to accomplish your goal if security is a concern. (That oculd be addressed in your design.) But, to answer what I think you're asking, it certainly is possible, yes.
