1.Is there a relation between the 'parameterOrder' and the order in which parts appear in the wsdl:message ?
From what I can understand from the spec/mh is that the paramterOrder does not dictate any order, but it serves as an indicator to know which parameter is the return value in case of multiple parts in the output.

So, when I have:

I understand that:

- It is legal to define a parameterOrder that is different from the order in which the parts are specefied in the message: parameterOrder='part2 part1'. This will imply that the code generator will generate a method: someMethod(part2, part1).
- The order in which the parameters are expected on the wire is 'part1 and part2' as indicated by the 'top down' order of the input message

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
