Hi,

I'm using JBuilder 2006 to test the examples in RMH book.
For some reason, message.getSOAPHeader() does not work.
The JDK I'm using is 1.4.2.

I understand that getting the header directly from the message is added in 1.2.
Shouldn't SAAJ 1.2 be old enough to be included in 1.4?!

When was SAAJ 1.2 released and what could be the problem?

Eva

Java 1.4 does not contain the javax.xml.soap package (and neither does Java 5). Apparently you have SAAJ 1.1 in your classpath somewhere. Look through the jar files in your classpath for one named "saaj.jar" or something similar, and replace it with the files from SAAJ 1.2 or 1.3.
