Hands on for SCDJWS?

I am planing to write SCDJWS, sometimes approx. 14 weeks from now, though I dont have any prior experience in the same!

I was just going through few initial pages of RMH and MZ, and one thing which clicked to me is that, what I need to set up for hands on of SCDJWS? For example in case of SCWCD, I set up Tomcat and Struts etc and I could carry out hands on. Any pointers or direct help in this regards would be great. Thanks in advance.
