hi,
for below question I selected 3 and 4 options .
but correct answer what they had given is 1 and 3.
why so?
can any one explain?
As far as I understand the all element is used to write the that group element in any order.
so on that basis 1,3 and 4 are true.
but as they asked to slect only two options I selected 3 and 4.

city and state are not required due minOccurs are equals to 0, thus only name, street, zip are required.

When these elements are displayed inside <all> tag, this order don't matter. Thus zip, street, name are correct.
