Can Anyone calrify ?

Problem
A developer has a requirement to create a JAX-RPC client for an existing WS-I BP 10.a Web Service in a heterogeneous environment. Which is the correct mapping approach?

Since the WSDL is already available best approach is wsdl-to-java
