Some are, some are not.
UDDI (and thus JAXR) have never caught on. JAX-RPC is rapidly becoming obsolete in favor of JAX-WS. JAXB and
SOAP have seen significant upgrades compared to the versions covered in the exam. RESTful WS are not covered by the exam at all, just as advanced concepts like SOA and BPEL aren't.
Possessing the knowledge required to pass the exam will still be useful for developing WS. Just don't expect that to mean that you'll know everything there is to know about WS; far from it.
