Sun changed their Architech certification now it has 3 tests! 1 multichoice, 2 project, 3 essay
Here are my recommended books: I skimmed all books in the bookstore and i think my selection is also good

I looked at the books that sun recommends in the bookstore and they are ok.
these are better , check them out in the bookstore and you will see they are very well written.

Java 2 platform Enterprise edition : bill shannon
Both of the above books cover Ejb's , jsp and xml
( XML is on the java enterprise test! ) one or 2 questions according to paul W. or aaron robinson ,I think at javaranch

Deitel and Deitel are coming out with 2 books 1 on java enterprise and the other on xml this christmas 2000
