Hi, I'm studying from a book "UML in a nutshell" by Sinan S Alhir
It is an O'reilly publication. Is this book good enough to cover the concepts for the exam or do I need another book ?

I'm not familiar with that book. I highly recommend UML Distilled by Martin Fowler, however. You will probably find that it is the shortest book on UML, which is a real blessing IMHO. I bet it does cover UML in sufficient detail for the arch exam.

I would suggest to You that You get "UML user guide" by three amigos ( inventors of UML). You are going to spend an extra day or so learning it but You are going to benefit from it.
Uml questions on exam are trivial so Fowler's book is sufficient for the exam, but if You have time I would say You read "UML user guide".
