What this Objective under internationalization intending to?
State 3 aspects of any application that might need to be varied or customized in different Deployment locales.
is it refering to Language, Date/Currency Formating, Visual &Sound effects ?

May be others in the forum would clarify these and other doubts with respect to objectives on internationalization of the exam.

The 3 aspects as per this link could be :
1. Localize numbers and dates
2. Localize AWT components
3. Localize messages
This link seems to give good introduction of the objectives of exam.

I think they are refering to the three points written there.
