Hi,
I am about to take the exam component of the SCJA. As preparation I am reading the various Sun J2EE specs. I am interested to know whether there are any known 'baselines' for the purposes of the exam. For example EJB 2.0 contains quite a lot of additional material above and beyond the 1.1 spec.
Thanks and regards,
Andrew

Hey Andrew.
First of all, all the best for the exam. There doesnt seem to be a baseline as such for the exam. It does have a lot fo requirements for u know before taking up the exam. Which I feel would be too much for a msg board. I found these sites useful
http://www.certificationguru.com/javaarchitectresources.html
it has links to most sites which has useful info. I would suggest taking the IBM ICE test as well (the sample one) it will help u put into perspective what u knw.
cheers
Karthik

Hi Karthik,
Thanks for the tips - I have visited the certification guru site, and attempted the IBM ICE exam (which prompted me to revisit the Sun specs once again :-)
Thanks and regards,
Andrew
