Hello Ranchians
Will someone please tell me the url to the lattest api doc of EJB
What r the packages included in part 1 exam
And is version 2.0 finalized?

Hi,
Please check out the link below for EJB specs..

It contains both the api and specs for EJB1.1 and EJB2.0
SCEA Part - I objectives says nothing about the EJB version. Most of the guys who have appeared for Part - I say that the questions are EJB1.1 based.

Basically Fozan there are no questions like what does the create interface return. etc. However you need to understand the basic concepts of EJB like what is a session bean, when to use it, what is an entity bean etc. You do not need to delve deep but I must say you need some experience in server side programming to be very confident.

Hi all
Thanx for reply.I think after the finalization of version 2.0 the objectives of exam may have been changed or about to be changed to include many topics eg 2.0 MessageDrivenBean or local component interfaces.If any one know that it has been or when it is happening pleaze tell.Is here anyone who has recently faced this exam?

Hi,
As per the people recently appeared on SCEA Part - I as late as yesterday.. there's no questions about EJB 2.0 changes I mean local interfaces, MDB etc.
