Hi everyone.
I have just downloaded part 2 and there is a sentence in the assignmenty that I don't understand the meaning of. The sentence is about the availability of a service, and the text that I dont undestand is:

"They have committed to have their site available four 9's"
What do "available four 9's" mean? Anyone?
Thanks.
