I passed part 2 & 3 with 90%. The breakup is as follows, Class Diagram (40 maximum) .......................... 37 Component Diagram (40 maximum) ...................... 35 Sequence/Colloboration Diagrams (20 maximum) ........ 18 I took part 1 on January 9, submitted my design project on February 13, and took my essay exam on February 15. It took just a day short of 4 weeks to get my grade. Thanks for all the great discussions and insight I received from this e-group. Wish you all good luck and success in your certification efforts. Hey, congratulations! All of you have me beat. That's a terrific score. As it happens, I also got my results today, I'll post about that separately. But isn't it a relief finally having this behind us?
Hi! I have passed part 1 and want your help for part II & III. Please inform me where can I get the relevant info and some links for study material. What was the design strategy for part II. Himanshu Airon email@example.com
hi, Can you please tell us other study material that you used in the preparation of SCEA Part II ??? As I have heard, J2EE blue print & Pet Store Application(available from Sun site) is basically consulted by everyone taking SCEA Part II exam regards, ashish sarin scjp2,scjd2,scwcd,scea(part I)
Here are some additional web resources that I referred. 1. J2EE Blueprints & Petstore example 2. WebSphere Developer Domain, http://www.ibm.com/websphere/developer: Best practices for high volume and scalable web sites using EJB. A majority of them are product agnostic. 3. BEA Developer Portal, http://dev2dev.bea.com Most important, working on an J2EE based system. My 3 plus years of experience on the WebSphere platform (App Server, Commerce, Portal) helped a lot.
