Hello Sandeep,
You should know 1,2,3/n tier basics
I doubt .Net will be in there as this came out after the exam was written
You should have an overview knowledge of DCOM and Windows stuff.
You definetly need to know about RMI + EJBs + CORBA
But remember don't get bogged down in too much detail.
