Transaction context propagation in Bean managed transactions

Hi All,
Consider the case where a bean managed transacation has started the transaction. It then calls another Bean, which is also bean managed transaction. Will this bean have the transaction context of the first bean.
2. What happens if the second beans method also has a transaction.start() method. Will a new transaction started or exception raised ?
Please clarify.
