what's the maximum file size allowed for submission of Part II?

I remember there's a size limit mentioned somewhere.
my jar file size is about 1.5MB, is it OK?

You need to check on the sun site, possibly the cert manager, assignment upload. I felt fairly certain that I had seen that the limit was 1.OMb, smaller than what you have quoted.

I'll change the image file type to PNG or GIF to reduce the file size.
