Voucher Question: 3 in one go?

Is it possible to get the voucher for part one alone, or must you pay the whole fee for the three examinations in one go?
I noticed that the first part has a 310-xxx number and the SCJP 310-xxx voucher I have says it is valid for any 310-xxx exam.
