there's this book by Mark Cade and Simon Roberts
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0130449164/ref=sr_aps_books_1_1/026-7380319-4130824 It is very good, to the point, only 200 pages which I think it a bonus, but it doesn't over all the exam topics for some strange reason, so perhaps not what you'd call 'comprehensive'. However, it covers most of it, and talks about part 2/3 at the back.
