Congrats! With regard to preparing for part II, you'll need to know about J2EE (EJB, Servlets, JSP, etc). I have to be intentionally vague because of the contract that I signed with Sun.
Let's see ... know how to do class diagrams, component diagrams, and sequence diagrams. Know when and when not to use an EJB. Overall, know why you make certain design decisions. You'll have to make trade-offs for speed, etc.
The only other thing that I can say is that you'll have to work within conceptual constraints (existing systems, requirements, budget).
