Score: 44/48. Missed one question on
EJB, two on concepts, and one on legacy connectivity. Overall, the
test is not that complicated if you have worked with J2EE for a couple of years. Here is resources I've used:
1. Cade's book: one or two day reading. Not as useful as [2].
2.
SCEA in a nutshell: really useful notes.
3. UML Distilled by Fowler (long time ago)
4. Design
Patterns by Gang of Four (long time ago)
5. Whizlab software: scenario questions are very similar to the real test. Many questions are worded badly, but I hear that they have fixed grammar errors recently.
6. javaranch, scea_prep_, scea_j2ee forums: great help!
Part 2 seems like fun
