First off, please do not cross-post. It is considered rude by those of us that read multiple forums.
On to your question...
I can't really give you an answer? What is your criteria for best? Cost? Ease of use? Performance? Scalability? Market share? Corporate acceptance?
It is impossible to proclaim one application server as the best. I can say that Tomcat is a good choice for Servlet/JSP applications. It has definitely come a long way in the past two years. However, out of all Web Containers, I like Resin the most. It is easy to use, fast, and free for non-commercial use.
The best recommendation that I can give is for you to try out various servers and make your own choice.

Sorry for my rude behavior.
I don't know which forum is suitable for my question.
In my case, stability and speed are most. Maybe Resin is a nice choise.
Any ideas?

Give Resin a try and compare it with Tomcat. They are both strong Web Containers, though most tests show Resin coming out on top in performance.
Apache Tomcat
Resin

Tomcate application server is well supported. There are plenty of geeks out there that can help you out if you get stuck. For that reason, I would choose tomcate you can go now
