The instructions in part 2 say that the
to
"Build a jar archive that contains all html files."
You can't put gif files in your archive and if not how do you just do the jar file with html?

Sure you can. A jar file uses zip compression. In other words it is a zip file with a .jar extension.
You can put images in a zip file, right?
