about SCEA 1.4

i am new to this site and planning to prepare for SCEA. i read that very soon Sun will replace SCEA 1.2 to SCEA 1.4. i was not able to get link on sun site related to the SCEA 1.4. pls. write the url to me where i can get the details (topics) of this new SCEA1.4.
