Hi there,
This is an interesting question. My gut feeling is that the software is not resellable because Whizlabs couldn't make money off of it -- the moment a person is done using it, someone else would use it and Whizlabs wouldn't see a cent.
On the other hand, I looked at my installation and could find no license agreement -- not in the installation directory, not in the instructions, etc. And, surprisingly, no sort of license agreement is stated on my electronic receipt and download instructions. The license, then is probably listed on their site -- but I was not able to find it.
A very interesting question!

Yeah.. I think the same, I want to sell my SCEA@Whiz for huge discount since I have passed the exam and I don't need it anymore.
Can Whizlab people answer this question ?

Dear Ranchers,
Yes, its NOT re-sellable. While installation, you agree to the License Agreement which states it.
Please write to support@whizlabs.com in case you have any query regarding it.
Regards and best wishes,
Pradeep

Please dont deprive Whizlabs of their due right. I found their scwcd exam fantastic and absolutely pland to pay for the SCEA (when Im ready).
Just my two cents....
