You have to submit UML diagrams: class diagram(s), sequence diagrams and component diagram(s) and an HTML document which describes your assumptions on which your design (UML diagrams) is based.
I was wondering why folks where downloading WebSphere and WebLogic when no coding was necessary. As for the UML; what form is it submitted in? Is there a perfered software package used to create it? Is it availble cheap? I've checked in the FAQ but it make no mention of this.

You need to make sure that All deliverables will be accepted as HTML only and each diagram must be UML compliant. I think that's it. You could create the UML using any tool. I use Dia
