Hi,
I am preparing SCEA part I exam now, I don't know which version of EJB will be tested in this exam?
EJB 1.1 or 2.0?
The same question with other related technologies. Those concepts are not addressed in EXAM OBJECTIVES.
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
All that is stated on the Part II assignment objectives is that the resulting solution be J2EE compliant -- so I think it's your choice which technology you want to work with.
Having said this, you might want to make your choice after considering the pros and cons of each solution and how it will be played out in your overall architectural design -- especially to the roles that value objects, dependent objects, DAOs, value object assembler beans, etc. will or will not play in your architecture. Additional subsequent considerations you will want to keep in mind include: bean-managed relationships vs. container-managed relationship, bean-managed transactions vs. container-managed transactions, etc.
Cheers,
Darryl
