Hi,
Could any one tell me how many days (months!!) will be needed to prepare for SCEA part1 exam?

It depends entirely on how familiar you are with the objectives involved. In general people with real life J2EE/EJB experience have cleared part I test with little effort whereas those with little or no background have gone through a longer preparation time. Although it is hard to give you a concrete duration, the average prep time for part I is about a month to six weeks...
