1. Do you require outside technicians to hold relevant certifications before they work on your IT projects? That is, are requirements for certifications specifically a part of the RFP?
- yes, all of the time regardless of the type of project 36%
- yes, but only some of the time, depending on the type of project 50%
- no, we never require certified personnel to work on our IT projects 14%
2. If you answered "yes" to Q1 above, are you willing to pay a premium, as far as project price is concerned, to have cerified technicians working on your IT projects?

Good catch! Looks like the survey missed something or maybe it's referring to the previous question...I am confused too...
