I have decided to do the SCEA. I don't know where to start and How long I will have to study to pass the Exam. Hope you all guys will help me to get through this Exam as you all did when I did the SCJP....

Have you looked at the JavaRanch SCEA links page yet? You will find some good starting documents there.
I am using the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE Technology Study Guide by Mark Cade and Simon Roberts, and the GOF Design Patterns book by Erich Gamma, Richard Helm, Ralph Johnson, and John Vlissides. I do not have an UML book.

Hi silva,
The Bambera book is very good but overkill in a lot of areas. The Cade book should be read very carefully especially all of the questions and answers...
He is one of the original authors of the test!
For UML the "UML Distilled" book by Fowler is sufficient...
