can't enter cert manager web site

i can't enter my certmanager, web site show error info:
We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again.
why my user is not existed ? i have got printed score paper.

SUN Certification DB:
They have launched two Certification databases. The Sun Certification I7
database manages all of your certification exams:
https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?channel=sun&basechannel=prometric
whereas the Assignment Watcher specifically monitors our two assignment
based exams:
http://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment/
You may only download and upload your assignments in the Assignment
Watcher. Furthermore, you may only view assignment comments in this
database. Only your score will appear in the Sun Certification I7 database.
