Hi,
I have got certification guide by Paul Allen and Joseph Bambara
but I fid that it doesn't have enough clarity especially when describing concepts Architecture etc. Is book by Cade good?
I am planning to buy that.

Hi,
There is nothing really wrong with Cade's book, however for most of the topics it does not go into a lot of details at all, it is more like an overview of the topics of the exam. Also there is no information about messaging and legacy connectivity. I think you need to be quite familiar with a topic already to learn sufficiently about it only from Cades book.
I bought Design Patters by Gang of Four, UML Distilled by Martin Fowler, and Enterprise Java Beans by Monson Haefel to prepare for the exam, and for the other topics I am hoping that Cade's book plus some articles and tutorials online will be sufficient.
You can find quite a lot of material in yahoo-groups, for example on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/java-architect/
